Aerial Photography Montana hereby grants to the person or entity purchasing and downloading a photograph from our website, a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable sublicense to display the Work in media for personal or educational purposes. The person or entity downloading a photograph or video from our website has no right to sell or otherwise distribute the download(s) to any third parties in any form.
Persons or entities downloading a photograph from our website agree not to use any download to construct a logotype or trademark; as part of any pornographic, libelous or obscene work(s); resell individual downloads to a single individual or to a company that intends to sublicense the downloaded materials and distribute it/them.

Once a file is purchased and downloaded, there are NO REFUNDS. Downloaded files are granted license for use in perpetuity. If Evelyn Cameron Heritage, Inc. discovers one of its photographs being used in an obscene, pornographic or libelous manner, Evelyn Cameron Heritage, Inc. will notify the person or entity responsible for the material’s use. That person or entity shall then immediately cease using the photograph or video and destroy, delete or remove the photograph or video from its premises, computer systems and physical storage area(s).
